Bill was excellent. He is going to be a great contact for machine queue to get insights about operations within a footprint of a four seasons. He’s a big believer in what we have to offer and very open to talking openly about it. He was very pleased with the presentation and the evening he spent with Beth, Beth Milano and Ben Tano from machine QBill was excellent. He asked us a lot of questions about our stay at The Four Seasons and if there was anything possible that we could fix. We were honest about a couple little things and he actually took care of it even having the ceiling fan completely being replaced the next day. They have the most incredible service at The Four Seasons.
