It didn’t sound like Kyle has a background in IT but knows how to lead and celebrate their team. So he may not be a the best person on his team to have in depth solution conversations. Lives with his girlfriend and they’re working with a nutritionist. Has 4 kids between them. Seems to work well with Angela and Vernon.
