We had a great chat about children’s hospitals. He shared with me how a lot of the children’s hospitals aren’t connected, but they definitely collaborate. We hit it off due to my daughter‘s time spent in a Children’s Hospital. He shared an interesting insight. That healthcare is broken and fragmented, but everyone working in a Children’s Hospital all are working for the common good of helping children!

Craig has a son who is 15, and a natural athlete. His daughter is 18 and just started college. He is the decision maker for all things IT Children’s hospital. He is a huge fan of Comcast and would prefer to consolidate his providers. There is an opportunity for a Security solution and would love to talk to Sales about this opp.

Craig has an RFP out for his locations right now. Price is important. He says that every dollar he saves will be a dollar that can go to research. Although he is price sensitive, reliability, redundancy, managed services, and security are critical.
